This global activity Website is provided by GAC International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GAC International" or "we"), aiming to present an overview of this global promotional activity (hereinafter referred to as "this Activity") and to provide users with country or region selection and website redirection services. After selecting a country or region, users will be redirected to the corresponding local official website or related activity Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Local Website"). Specific rules regarding test drive reservation registration, gift distribution, personal data processing, and other local execution matters shall be formulated and interpreted by the subsidiaries of GAC International, authorized importer(s), distributor(s), or dealer(s) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Local Partners") operating in the relevant countries or regions in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
本全球活动网站由K8凯发国际汽车销售服务有限公司（以下简称“K8凯发国际”或“我们”）提供 ，旨在展示本次全球推广活动（以下简称“本活动”）的概要信息 ，并为用户提供国度或地域选择及网站跳转服务。用户在选择国度或地域后 ，将跳转至对应的属地官网或有关活动网站（以下简称“属地网站”）。涉及试驾预约登记、礼物发放、幼我信息处置及其他落地执行事项的具体规定 ，均由掌管有关国度或地域运营的K8凯发国际子公司、授权进口商、经销商或分销商（以下统称“属地合作方”）凭据属地合用司法律规造订并注明。
- Activity Period

The period of this Activity is from June 12, 2026, to July 19, 2026 (inclusive of both start and end dates), subject to the local time of the country or region selected by the user. Users must successfully submit the reservation form and complete the in-store test drive within the aforementioned period to be eligible to participate in the gift redemption offered by the local authorized stores.
本活动周期为2026年6月12日至2026年7月19日（含首尾两日） ，具体以用户所选国度或地域的本地功夫为准。用户须在上述活动期限内成功提交预约表单并实现到店试驾 ，方具备参加属地授权门店礼物权利获取的资格。
- Scope of Application

Users participating in this Activity must possess full capacity for civil conduct and reach the statutory age of majority in their respective countries or regions. If participating in a test drive, users must also hold a legally recognized and valid motor vehicle driving license in the local jurisdiction.
参加本活动的用户应具备齐全民事行为能力并达到其地点国度或地域的法定成年春秋；如参加试驾 ，用户还必须持有属地司法认可且处于有效期内的机动车驾驶证。
Employees of GAC International, Local Partners, and their affiliated service providers (including but not limited to advertising and technical agencies), as well as their immediate family members, and individuals deemed ineligible according to applicable local rules, are not permitted to participate in the gift redemption or other reward arrangements under this Activity. For the avoidance of doubt, GAC International and Local Partners reserve the right of final interpretation regarding the scope of the aforementioned restricted personnel.
K8凯发国际、各属地合作方及其关联服务提供方（蕴含但不限于告白及技术代理机构）的在人员工及其嫡系亲属 ，以及凭据属地合用规定不具备参加资格的人员 ，不得参加本活动中的礼物领取或其他嘉奖铺排。为免疑义 ，K8凯发国际及属地合作方对前述限度人员的界定领域保留最终诠释权。
The same natural person may only participate in this Activity once during the Activity Period. If any duplicate submission, bulk filing, false information, identity theft, or other violations are verified, the relevant participation and reward eligibility will be immediately canceled.
统一天然人用户在本活动周期内仅限参加一次。若经查实存在沉复提交、批量代填、虚伪信息、冒用他人身份或其他违规情景 ，有关参加及领奖资格将被立即取缔。
- How to Participate

Users can select their country or region through this global activity website and will be redirected to the corresponding Local Website. Users must follow the instructions on the Local Website to fill in genuine and valid contact details and other necessary information, and complete the submission of the reservation form. This Activity is a free brand experience. Users do not need to pay any registration fees to participate in the test drive or receive gifts, nor is it conditional upon the purchase of a vehicle or any mandatory consumption.
用户可通过本全球活动网站选择地点国度或地域 ，并跳转至对应的属地网站。用户须凭据属地网站的指引填写真实有效的联系方式等必要信息 ，并实现预约表单提交。本活动为免费品牌履历 ，用户参加试驾或领取礼物均无需缴纳任何报名用度 ，亦不以采办车辆或任何强造消费为前提。
After successful reservation, users must visit the corresponding local authorized store to complete an actual test drive within the Activity Period as instructed by the Local Website or the store. Upon completion of the aforementioned steps, users will have the opportunity to participate in the gift distribution or related arrangements in accordance with the rules publicly displayed at the store's site.
预约成功后 ，用户须在活动期限内依照属地网站或门店指引 ，前往对应的属地授权门店实现真实试驾。实现前述步骤后 ，用户即有机遇凭据该门店现场公示规定参加礼物发放或有关铺排。
Given the varying market and legal requirements across different countries or regions, the Local Websites may differ in detail such as form fields, test drive processes, eligibility conditions, or gift arrangements. All specific terms are subject to the display on the redirected Local Website, on-site instructions at the dealership, and applicable local laws and regulations.
鉴于列国度或地域的市场及司法律规要求分歧 ，属地网站在表单字段、试驾流程、参加前提或礼物铺排等细节上可能存在差距 ，所有细则均以跳转后的属地网站展示、门店现场注明及属地合用司法律规为准。
- Gift Description

After completing the test drive reservation and the in-store test drive during the Activity Period, users may have the opportunity to receive exclusive gifts provided by the local authorized stores. The specific categories, quantities, distribution methods (including whether a lucky draw mechanism is adopted), and acquisition conditions of the gifts shall be independently determined and implemented by each authorized local store based on their actual inventory and applicable local laws and regulations.
用户在活动期限内实现试驾预约及到店试驾后 ，有机遇获得属地授权门店提供的专属礼物。礼物的具体品类、数量、发放大局（含是否选取抽奖机造）、获取前提等 ，均由各属地授权门店依其现实库存及属地司法律规自主决定并掌管执行。
Unless otherwise expressly committed in writing by the Local Website or store rules, the completion of the form submission or actual test drive does not constitute a guarantee of necessarily receiving a gift. In principle, gifts are only to be claimed on-site by the eligible participant in person with valid identification, and cannot be claimed by others, redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred. If the originally designated gifts cannot be distributed due to inventory depletion, supply chain anomalies, or other reasonable causes, the local authorized stores reserve the right to provide substitute gifts of equal or similar value to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to on-site notification at the store.
除非属地网站或门店规定还有明确书面承诺 ，实现表单提交或实车试驾并不组成对必然获取礼物的担保。礼物准则上仅限切合前提的参加者自己凭有效身份凭证现场领取 ，不成由他人代领、折现、更换或让渡。若因库存耗尽、供给链异；蚱渌侠硎掠傻贾略ɡ裎镂薹ǚ⒎ ，属地授权门店有权在合用司法允许的领域内提供一致或相近价值的代替礼物 ，具体以门店现场奉告为准。
- Personal Information and Privacy

Users' personal information will be entirely collected and processed by the redirected Local Website in accordance with its published Privacy Policy and the actual business needs of the local jurisdiction. The collection and processing of relevant information shall strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization, be limited to the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of this Activity and related business, and be governed by the data protection and consumer rights laws and regulations applicable in the local jurisdiction.

If the Local Website includes an option to subscribe to commercial marketing newsletters, such subscription shall be based on the user's explicit consent and shall not serve as a mandatory prerequisite for participating in this Activity. Users may lawfully exercise their data subject rights, including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent, through the explicit opt-out mechanisms or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) channels (if applicable) provided on the Local Website.

This Activity is contemplated to be independent brand promotion initiatives launched and conducted by Local Partners. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, there is no official sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, co-branding, or partnership of any kind between this Activity and any international football tournament organizers, official agencies, or related rights holders.
本活动设想为属地合作方提议并执行的独立品牌推广行为。除非还有明确的书面公示 ，本活动与任何国际足球赛事组织方、官方机构或有关权势人均不存在职何大局的官方赞助、授权、认可、联名或合作关系。
This Activity Website and related promotional materials (unless specially stated otherwise) do not contain or use any legally protected official event names, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
本活动网站及有关宣传物料（如无出格申明）均不蕴含亦不使用任何受司法；さ墓俜饺旅啤⒈晔丁⑸瘫昊虬嫒ㄋ夭。
Any intellectual property infringement committed by Local Partners during the execution of this Activity (including but not limited to the unauthorized use of any third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials) shall be the sole legal responsibility of such Local Partners. GAC International assumes no liability and shall not bear any joint and several responsibilities for such actions.
属地合作方在执行本活动过程中所产生的任何知识产权侵权行为（蕴含但不限于未经授权使用任何第三方标识、商标或版权素材） ，均由该属地合作方独立承担全数司法责任。K8凯发国际对此不承担任何连带责任。
- Activity Modification, Suspension, and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, if this Activity cannot proceed in whole or in part due to force majeure events such as changes in policies and regulations, government directives, system crashes, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other reasonable causes beyond the control of GAC International, GAC International and the Local Partners reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel this Activity depending on the actual circumstances, and will fulfill reasonable obligations to make announcements through official channels, but shall not bear any resulting breach of contract or compensation liabilities.
在合用司法允许的最大领域内 ，如因政策律例调换、当局指令、系统崩溃、网络攻击、天然灾害等不成抗力事务或非K8凯发国际可控的其他合理事由 ，导致本活动全数或部门无法推动 ，K8凯发国际及属地合作方有权视现实情况调整、遏制或取缔本活动 ，并将尽合理使命通过官方渠路进行布告 ，但不承担因而产生的违约或赔偿责任。
This global activity Website is only responsible for displaying the overview of the Activity and redirecting to the web Websites of Local Partners. All legal consequences and disputes arising from test drive fulfillment, gift delivery, or data processing after the user is redirected to the Local Website shall be borne by the corresponding Local Partners, and GAC International shall not bear any joint and several liabilities.
本全球活动网站仅承；疃乓故居胧舻睾献鞣酵程鹑。用户跳转至属地网站后产生的所有与试驾履约、礼物交付或数据处置有关的司法后果与争议 ，均应由对应的属地合作方承担 ，K8凯发国际对此不承担连带责任。
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
合用司法和争议解决
Any disputes arising from local matters such as the submission of information, test drive reservation, event participation, gift claiming, or data processing by users on the Local Website shall be prioritized for resolution through negotiation between the user and the Local Partner or the local customer service center, in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country or region selected by the user. If the dispute solely arises from the information display or routing redirection services of this global activity Website itself, the laws of the mainland area of the People's Republic of China shall apply (for the purposes of these Terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan region).
因用户在属地网站提交信息、预约试驾、参加活动、领取礼物或数据处置等落地事项引发的任何争议 ，应优先凭据用户所选国度或地域的本地司法律规 ，由用户与属地合作方或本地客户服务中心协商解决。如争议系仅针对本全球活动网站自身的信息展示或路由跳转服务所引发 ，则应合用中华人民共和国大陆地域司法（为本条款之主张 ，不蕴含香港出格行政区、澳门出格行政区及台湾地域司法）。
For any such disputes arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit them to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where GAC International is located for litigation.
凡因本《通常条款与前提》引起的或与之有关的此类争议 ，双方赞成提交至K8凯发国际地点地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
- Miscellaneous

By participating in this Activity, users are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all bindings of these General Terms and Conditions. Regarding specific matters such as test drive reservations, gift distribution, privacy compliance, and store execution, if there is a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the activity rules published on the Local Website, the specific rules of the Local Website and the applicable local laws and regulations shall prevail.
用户参加本活动即视为已充分阅读、理解并接受本通常条款与前提的全数约束。针对试驾预约、礼物发放、隐衷合规及门店执行等具体事项 ，若本通常条款与前提与属地网站颁布的活动规定存在矛盾 ，应优先合用属地网站的专项规定及属地司法律规。
These General Terms and Conditions are severable. If any one or more of the provisions herein are determined by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such defects shall not affect the legal validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
本通常条款与前提具备可分性。如本条款中的任何一条或多条被拥有管辖权的法院或监管机构裁定为无效、违法或不成执行 ，该等瑕疵不应影响其余条款标司法效力与可执行性。
In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these General Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
若本通常条款与前提的中英文版本之间存在职何差距或不一致 ，均以中文版本为准。
